Partnering with an IGI professional, employees embark on a three-step process to gain an understanding of their dietary / activity habits. This provides employees with a detailed analysis and customized wellness plan through VioScreen nutritional assessment & ProNutra menu technologies. The plan is real-world tested by employees during wellness process and modified according to needs / successes.

• Includes scheduling options for phone consult of assessment review & wellness planning strategy

• Wellness partner analyzes employee assessment, stratifies, and develops needs profile & wellness strategy
• Wellness partner contacts employee, reviews assessment, understands objectives, presents wellness plan, and modifies plan with employee
• Jointly develop three objectives that employee shall address during following two weeks
• Employee planning documented in Viocare database for employee and the wellness partner reference
• Adherence
• Counseling / planning process repeats with plan modifications for a total of four visits
• Wellness web site made available
• Employee is graduated from MPH or advanced to higher level of care
