Pioneered offshore
claims processing with the establishment of Offshore
Development Centers that processed two million
transactions of key health plans such as Tufts,

Served on the
ANSI X12n sub-committee that defined the final
HIPAA transaction set for the 278 - Referral Certification
and Authorization.
Active participants in industry organizations
