ORBIT® Patient Portal solution leverages the ORBIT® PHR framework and provides an easy to use, information rich user managed solution. This leverages the PHR for the person and integrates the information from the hospitals and providers. Seamless exchange of Lab Results, Requests for services, documents for review, payments for services etc can be conducted on this enterprise system. It also provides data sharing via HIPAA regulated consent with detailed audit logs and reporting.

Dash Board

The ‘Dashboard’ is a summary page that shows the patient the most important information to manage care. The following are the main features:

• The user can see summary of vital health statistics
• The health statistics shown on the Summary page are customizable

• List of well known health information web sites is provided

Patient Profile

Patient Profile information includes the key consumer attributes. The following are the information maintained in this module:

Patients can print and/or exchange documents and data with other systems using industry-standard transactions.

• Print: Generate reports for the data information for selected or data elements
• Upload: Upload a data file in unstructured format for medical treatments
• Transfer: Import/Export the data securely in the industry defined CCD/CCR formats with MS HealthVault^®

IGI will build an interface to Hospital patient billing system. Any outstanding payments that the patient is responsible for will be visible to the patient via the Patient Portal. The patient will be able to make secured online payments using a credit card. The ORBIT® Patient Portal is certified with online credit card payment gateways.
