Client: Jamcracker
Challenge: Jamcracker is an ASP. It's sales team need to use a tool that could convince prospective clients that th Return on Investment(ROI) is higher by outsourcing services to Jamcracker as opposed to procuring them internally.
Solution: IGI created a Java-based application that was capable of producing over 5000 ROI calculations. The tool was designed so as to enable Jamcracker's clients to test-drive it on the web.

Customer Satisfaction Survey
Client: CSI Manager
Challenge: The client had to achieve three objectives: 1) to find a better alternative to manual customer satisfaction surveys 2) to be able to distribute the results of the survey to specific dealers 3) to get customers to fill out a questionnaire about their car buying experience.
Solution: IGI developed an online customer satisfaction survey. The survey responses were stored in a database from where they were sent to specific dealers. In order to lure customers to fill out the questionnaire a "lucky draw" was carried out every month wherein a random customer was picked as the winner and given a prize.

Invoice Tracking System

web-based invoice tracking system for its accounts payables.
Solution: IGI created a web based invoice tracking system that allowed the firm to easily view reports and get a snapshot of the payables either by vendor type or overall.
