                                Dispatcher is a front-end 
                                tool that enables providers to submit online eligibility 
                                inquiries that are routed to the appropriate payers 
                                eligibility database or switch. This application 
                                returns an immediate real-time response on member, 
                                dependant and plan details and thereby,eliminates 
                                the problem of waiting for a response on the phone. 
                                Also available to the providers are member rosters 
                                and panel listings.  Case 
                                Management Dispatcher is 
                                an application that allows PCPs, referring providers, 
                                specialists and payers to exchange referrals, 
                                pre-certifications and authorizations over the 
                                web. This tool is designed to be an intermediary 
                                between the referring physician, the specialist 
                                and the hospital. The system manages the utilization 
                                of the services covered as well as member eligibility. 
                                 Enrollment 
                                Dispatcher is a member 
                                enrollment front-end that allows employees, health 
                                plan members etc. to enroll via an electronic 
                                form on the web. It has batch plug-in capabilities 
                                for primary HR systems including SAP and PeopleSoft. 
                                This tool allows every HR department at the group 
                                site to eliminate the process of mailing out enrollment 
                                forms to the payer.  Dispatchers 
                                are also available for: claims, 
                                claim status, remittance advice, pharmaceutical
